Rob is an excellent instructor and takes a personal interest in honing both your technical skills and your understanding and appreciation of what transforms a sequence of notes and chords into music. In addition to lessons, Rob is extremely generous with his time and goes out of his way to organize jams that allow students to learn to play in a band setting.

Hi Rob,
Thanks for your kind and gracious email. Same to you and yours. It's been a blast for me. The joy has been in the journey. Thanks to you I'm on the right path. I was lost in the wilderness before we met. It is so rewarding to hear that I've been an inspiration to you as you have been to me. I don't thank you enough but know that I am eternally grateful.

Dear Rob,
Thank you so much for your good wishes, and for sharing your wisdom with me! I cannot tell you how much enjoyment I have already gotten from improving my guitar skills, and I know such skills will serve me well in the coming year. I look forward to continue to making progress with you toward, as Springsteen would say, 'learn[ing] how to make it talk!'

Rob,
I can't begin to thank you enough for the things you've taught me, your coaching, confidence re-building and friendship.

Thanks Rob!
I hope you have a great holiday season, as well. I look forward to continuing to improve at the guitar with your patient guidance. I think that would make for a great New Year's resolution--guitar is the one think that I actually consistently enjoy learning, so it's an easy one to adhere to!
See you Wednesday,
David M. Norwalk, CT
Hey Rob,
Best of luck at the show!
You have been a great teacher and made me a much better player. I will try to continue my music road in Taiwan
Keep in touch!
