* 35 years professional experience in songwriting for all the major record labels, session, arranging and live performance touring with national and international Grammy winning acts.

* 30+ years experience teaching private guitar lessons and teaching songwriting to beginner, intermediate and advanced levels from children to adults through tried and proven methods with successful results. I teach local guitar lessons throughout Fairfield County, CT at my students' homes or guitar lessons in Weston at my studio.

I have performed on stages across the U.S. and abroad playing with and touring in support of artists such as Buddy Guy, Albert King Band, Otis Rush, Jefferson Starship, Blue Oyster Cult, Ziggy Marley, Berlin, The New York Dolls, Burning Spear, David Johansen Band, Berlin and countless others.

* The goal for beginners is to have my students playing songs within the first 2 lessons

* Theory, reading, writing and arranging concepts that are practical and understandable

* Rhythm guitar and theory with use of various chord voicings and structures

* Lead guitar improvisation and theory including use of scales and modes

* All picking styles i.e. with finger and pick with focus on hand and arm mechanics
